If you transmit to or post on our website any material, data, information or idea by any means, it will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used for any purpose.

WEB SALES
We occasionally list our web store products at discounted prices either automatically or with codes. These discounts may or may not be previously announced through our social media, email communications, or on our website and last for a limited time. Please note that once sales end, they cannot be applied after an order is placed. Orders that were placed before this time period cannot be modified to include these discounts.

This agreement may be terminated. This agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason; provided that you may no longer use our website after you have terminated this agreement. Provisions 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of this agreement shall survive any termination of this agreement.
MISCELLANEOUS
Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement. We may assign our rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Points earned from purchases on the Tactical Intelligence Security website, arms.taise.tech, are only redeemable for coupons via the TAISE Gun Club portal located at https://arms.taise.tech/taise-gun-club/. These points have no promised and/or implied value outside of this agreement. Coupons: max value of redeemable coupon via the TAISE Gun Club and the points awarded is $50.00 USD in the form of a redeemable coupon. This coupon code has no cash value outside of redemption for purchases made at arms.taise.tech. Additionally, only 1 (one) unique coupon code via TGC points may be used at anytime for purchases. Coupon may, or may not be combined with other online offers (dependent on Tactical Intelligence Security sales and promotions).
